I'm facing some problem as in our office workgroup is working,I can acess all the share folders of others systems but no one can access my system share folder,firewall is also off,same workgroup name is there.from other system they can ping my system.

Any body help me .

What error message you are getting?

You are not allowed to access \\pc. Contact the admin

Are all the permissions correctly setup to allow all access?

I give all the permissions,give access to everyone

If you can ping then try and access using the IP rather than name.

Same format so \\192.168.x.x instead of \\pc

What's the platform?

If it's XP, have you ran the Network wizard, and turned on "File and Printer Sharing"?

Look at your network stack, and see if "File and Printer Sharing" is listed there.
