I am right with you there sweetie. My Dr. took one look at me and ordered a thyroid test. It's not tragic. It is a part of life where I live. Everybody is overweight or anorexic. If you are over 40 it is twice as hard to get off the weight because your metabolism slows down. I am stretch pants lady until I can afford bigger jeans or shrink. I have kept my weight somewhat under control by cutting back on carbs and losing the soft drinks. One Coca cola has 8 teaspoons of sugar. I drink a lot of sparkling water with lemon or lime added or iced tea with a lemon wedge.

NO ONE looks good in a the wrong swimsuit. Many two pieces can add to your hips and chest by just being there. If a girl wanted to add to her figure a two piece will help to give the illusion of a figure. A one piece can be slimming. Solid black or vertical stripes help. Look for suits that slim. Make your swimsuit work for you, not the other way around.

Well I would go over what you are eating and how much. Keep a food journal for a few days and record what you are eating and the amounts, after reviewing this now make changes. Portion control will go along way in helping you lose weight. A serving of meat is 3 ounces, you need lean meats, like skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish, loin type meats but in the right size. Choose whole wheat pastas, rice, breads and cereals. Low fat or skim milk, low fat cheese and low fat/lowsugar yogurt. Veggies and fruits are you eating enough natural foods? How about water you need to drink lots of it throughout the day, minimum 8 glasses. Cut out presweetened drinks, like colas, cut out fast, fried, fatty foods along with cakes, cookies, chips, candy, junk food. If you learn to read nutritional labels your'll see first off what's in the products your eating, and how much a serving size is for what your eating, stick with it. And exercise, even just walking working up to a mile will start up your metabolism, jogging, biking, weight/resistance training, swimming, dancing, but move the whole body 4-5 times a week for at least 30 minutes. This all takes time, dedication but it's these changes that will help you throughout your life.

Hey I know what you mean! I feel the same way! Try looking at your life style. Are you active? What do you eat. A lot of weight problems stem from inactivity. I hope you can do it and wish you the best of luck!

Weight Watchers really works! You can also do wieght watchers online. I lost 35lbs- slow and easy. To keep the weight off, you really should lose only 2lbs a week.
Good Luck to you!
