What does he expect to feel. I can always tell when I make a sexual partner orgasm. I don't necessarily feel anything but I sure as hell know when it happens.

It has a lot to do with circumcised males/non circed males.

Circed males have less feeling when it comes to sex, non circed males have more feeling. (I will add the links to the study).
