How do I replace a three speed ceiling fan switch. I have the switch but I don't know where the wires go! On the switch it says 1,2,3,Land there is a hole for each number and letter.the wires are pink,gray,black,and yellow. I don't know what hole each them go into! Can someone please help me!!




Another problem I am having is with the other ceilig fan it is the same thing but the colors are different and there is only 3 wires this time and the three speed ceiling fan switch is the same.it still has the 1,2,3,L on it but I don't know where the colors go but this time the colors are black,green,and gray can anyone help me.

You need a different switch for the second fan. The wires go in the same holes they came out of on the old switch.
