I just purchased three tracks and a "T" connector. None of the tracks came with a power feed. Is is possible to use the wiring in the "T" connector as the power feed from the junction box? If so, how? Thanks.

If it doesn't have 3 screws or places for 3 wires, "Live Ends" are nice, they are same width as track(No Giant Contraption) 1/2" Knockout in back for connection through ceiling.

Hi Stratmando: Thanks for your quick reply but your shorthand was a little too short for me to be sure about. The "T" has the following: one segment has 2 white wires screwed together and then one black on the mate screw; the second segment has 2 black wires on one screw and 1 white on the mate screw; and the third segment has one black screwed and one white screwed. Then there's a green ground screw. And, yes, there is a punch hole/knockout in the back. So the question is: Can I use this as the power feed and if so, which of these segments to I attach which wire from the junction box to? Thanks again.

You need to get a power feed (live end connector) to plug into one end of the track to power it.
