The very best "medicene" for losing the 10 kg you wish, you already have: your will.
Afterwards, all you have to remember is that losing or gaining weight is just a matter of maths: how much calories do I put in minus how many calories I use in my daily activities.
In other words, watch what you eat an specially reduce the amounts of carbohydrates and refined sugars and increase your activity with moderate exercise (walking will do, for example, if you are sedentary).
Try to eat vegetables and fresh fruits just before the usual meals to feel full more quick.
There are some pills but ALL of them should ONLY be used UNDER MEDICAL SUPERVISION

There are no magic pills, shakes or cures for losing weight, if there was wouldn't most everyone choose to be slim. The only solution, truly is correcting bad food choices, like fried foods, fast foods, extremely sweet treats, cakes, cookies, soda or presweetend drinks and processed foods. You need to cut out white flours, and sugars. Choose wheat or whole grain products and lean cuts of meats. Along with that you need veggies and fruits at almost every meal, along with small amounts of protein, 2-3 oz. of meat is all you need. (Skinless chicken, turkey breast, loin type meats and fish) 2-3 servings of low fat dairy like skim milk, or low fat, milk, cheese and yogurt, every day!! Along with healthy choices, smaller servings, you need some form of exercise, even if it's just walking a mile, jogging, biking, swimming, aerobics, weight training or resistance exercise, but you need to move you body 3-60 minutes 4-5 times a week. There's no other way around it. And always remember to drink lots of water throughout the day.
