Here's the scoop,
I hate my mom with a passion and I'm about to go on probation and community service, also juvy and no license till I'm 18.
All because of a gay thing that happened with one of my friends. We stole a car.
Anyway, my aunt will gladly take me, and my mom is crazy. Not diagnosed yet. But we are sure she is. She has 3 kids including me and is living off one paying job at wal-mart and can barely support herself.
There's no way in hell I can live like this. Any comments?

Since you are already "in the system" I would ask your attorney or caseworker or even the judge about it.

All because of a gay thing that happened? First you need to take responsibility for that "gay thing" you did. Courts would only see you as immature, irresponsible and unrepentant for what you have done and not listen to your opinion regarding who you want to live with. The only way you can live with your aunt without your moms permission is for your aunt to file for custody. She will have to go to a lawyer and find out if your specific circumstances will warrant that.

Ya know I am sorry I have to add... you may think your mom is crazy, but you said she is working so at least she is doing something productive, instead of ranting about how you think she is nuts why don't you stop doing things that are giving you a criminal record? Ever think those things are helping to make your mom "crazy"? Maybe she does truly have a mental disorder or personality disorder that could be, but then you should be trying your best to help her, have some compassion not trying to make it worse for her and yourself. We moms can only handle so much trouble our kids get into especially when they are getting into serious law breaking trouble! Maybe you should try to start thinking about someone else besides yourself.
Brenna I want you to know I am NOT trying to bash you, just to make you think.
