Hello I am 35 years old.. Due to my ups and downs in life my career comes to an end. I have been working in a TV station for the past 5 years in markeying and I could not be any more unhappy... I am trying to figure out what I like and what I can do in life careerwise... How can I find a career that suits me the best, so I can move on and be successful... I can't work in marketing as I am not good at it and hate it. I want to do something I like in life.

Any one with ideas to help me?

Well I guess you are thinking 35 is too old to start a ndw carrer ?

But so what do you like, animals ? Nature? Cooking ? Go learn a career in something you like. Marketing is sales, is it the actual sale or is it the product advertsing you don't like.

And next do you want to be rich, or do you want to be happy, they may be the same, but not aways. You may want to be a teacher, very rewarding but you will never get rich. Or you may want to be a plumber or person who delivers bread to the store.

I'm forty and working on getting my real estate license. Age shouldn't matter. There are professions like nursing and teaching that are screaming for help. It all depends on what you want to do.
