Since it seems like homework I will only provide a hint. It wasn't just in New Spain or Mexico that this situation existed--it was in all of Spain's colonies. That's one of the main reasons the colonies sought independence.

A. Peninsulares - a full blooded Spanish person born in the America's - New Spain.
Spaniards born in Spain = Peninsulares
Spaniards born in Americas or other Spanish colonies = Criollos or Creoles
Mestizo = Half Indian half Spaniard

New Spain was the name of the viceroy-ruled territories of the Spanish Empire in Asia, North America, including the southwest United States-beginning in 1535 and lasting until 1821.
So you can add to your list… the Habsburg senior line, for about 200 hundred of those years
