I remember this kids TV show from about the mid 90s, and it was about these monsters who live in a sewer and they're really gross - I think one of them ate earwax or something...
I think one of them was black and white stripy, and another was kind of reddish.

I just can't remember what the title was, and it's driving me crazy!
