I have a bill collection agency that keeps calling me. Its been more then 4 year since this happen. Now there calling my family member and telling them and sending them letters can they do this tell every one all or business.:

No they can not tell other family members about your debt and send them letters with your information on it. You need an attorney and sue them, you will need copies of these letters plus records of these phone calls.

Many collection agencies are the scum of the earth and the bottom feeders of the legal field. We get information that shows some call and threaten to send people to jail, to send over people to beat them up, to take their house, and to take their car.
And this, I get calls about my sons debt a lot, but as soon as I tell them I will be recording the call they don't call back.
