The patches for stop smoking... Do they work? I am sure some one would have tried this.

They work well for some, and not as well for others. The people they work well for have a very strong willpower.

I used them when they first came out... only used them for the first week I don't think I could have stopped with out them.. that was around 2000. Whoo hoo I'm still smoke free! My husband used them for the full 6 week course around 6 months ago... this is the longest amount of time that he has quit... try them and good luck

Didn't work for me. The only way I was able to quit smoking was to really really really want to stop and tough it out. You have to accept that it will be hard and have the resolve to handle it. The worst part is over 2 weeks after you quit. If you can make it 2 weeks, you can quit. Hope this helps!
