Since I first started my period it has been light. Very light. Sometimes its like black and gross and sometimes its normal. I have never had sex but I haven't had my period now in like a month. I know for a fact u can't get pregnant without having sex and I am the most virgin u can get. Well anyway Im freaking out and I want to avoid going to the doctors if I can. Help~

Have you lost any weight? Did you see any other signs of your period? (like you know, feeling bloated, cramps, etc.)

Yeah I lost weight a while ago but now I keep eating later in the day.. Last weekend I was having bad cramps like being constipated or something...

Do you work out or exercise a great deal? That can affect your period.

Yeah I run track and I work out at least twice a week but its normal.. Its always been like this.. Except very first time~ But My first time only lasted like 2 days

You seem to be describing a common experience with the first few periods. Is there any burning etc. during urination? This may point to something different, otherwise you sound fine.

Nope no burning.. its just weird.. I can do anything even on my period like swim and everything that's how lite it is.. I don't know its really weird.. But its always been this way.. For about a year now... Like I said First day was only difference

You (if it really concerns you) may ask to be prescribed the pill-the progesterone/estrodiol mix can modify the menstrual cycle to one a little more predictable..
