I really need help. I ordered a book and an instructional video online, this is the first time and the last. The website said it would be easy to access it and offered free technical support. They sent me my order, it was a link I clicked on it and the only thing that is there is 26 page book, I would have no idea if there is a certain way to locate it. I have tried and tried to get help from the company but no luck. Please someone help me. I could try to give more information if you need it. I am not really a computer genius. PLEASE

What site? What have you done to contact them? Did you pay by credit card?

If you paid by CC, call your CC company right away and cancel the charge.

Please don't allow this to sour you on shopping via the Internet. Just be more careful where you shop.

Thank you Scott, by any chance do you know anything about computers? I ordered a book which came with a tutorial video, they sent me my order and it was just one link to click on so I had no problem downloading the book, but I don't know where or how to open or locate the video. I literally emailed them 60 plus times with no response. I have never ordered anything online and I won't do it again.

Where did you buy this thing?

It's a bit late now the stable door has been left open, but always try and do a bit of research before you pay on-line.How long has the company been trading, how many customers do they claim to have, staff, etc.Do you know anyone who has also bought off them.Is there a plush photo of their offices,or are they in a tent with a laptop in the Gobi desert?

Sorry to sound harsh, but if a company wanted my credit card details for an on-line 26 page book, and on-line video, with free technical support, but no reply to 60 emails,I'd be very, very upset! (They'd never get my details under those terms anyway).

Buying via the web can be conveniant and safe,as I have done it several times, but there are risks.I would cancel my credit card asap, and explain to the bank why?

Nez.

Umm, I wouldn't be answering questions here if I didn't. Did you read my profile?

This is just a repeat of what you said before. I asked for some additional information so we might be able to help. You need to provide more info.
