He's been able to climax with other girls... but he just can't with me

Nerves. He probably does not want to hurt you, or ruin your first time. I would say there is absolutely nothing wrong with either of you. Take time and slowly get to know each other without the hassles of both or one of you having to perform or act like you are experts.
