I 44 year old female, I've never been late for my period. I am 10 day late, took HPT it was negative. I had burning in my upper stomach, which sometimes radiates to my thoat, and I've loss my appetite. I do have a history of anxiety disorder. Should I see a doctor?

You should always see a doctor if you are concerned about your health. Although we can try and help you here, it is IMPOSSIBLE to give you a diagnosis without a complete history & physical exam.

With that said, reviewing what symptoms you have given, it sounds as though you may have GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disorder), or heartburn.

Also, the lack of periods at 44 is not uncommon. You could very well be beginning perimenopause, the period that precedes menopause and can last for as long as 10 years before you are in full menopause.
