Are the numbers in parentheses like that?
I can't seem to find anything where the numbers would indicate the type of gold used or it's quality. It's most likely a jeweler's stamp.
Normal markings on gold would by like "18k" or "18750" or "CT18750" (which all stand for 18 karat gold)
