My aunt has diabetes, kidney problems and her doctor tells her, her blood is not replenishing itself. She has had several blood transfusions and must undergo more of them every few weeks. Does anyone know of a condition that may cause this ?

The cause of your aunts condition is diabetes, probably type l, so she must be insulin dependent. Her kidneys are damaged.
