My hair is naturally a light brown color and I dyed it a "chocolate brown" color, it turned jet black.. I waited a few months and got it professionally stripped which worked for a few days but then got dark again then I tried to dye it a "light brown" color but it went even darker! I was wondering if there is some way to remove all of the dye I have put into my hair... would something like Loreal Color Zap work? Please help! I hate my color!!

Sweetie, in order to go from dark to light, you will need to lighten your hair and then deposit the desired color. Anything other than that will result in an unpleasant color. I recommend that you go to a salon and have them do a corrective color before you ruin your hair.
