Theft totally about 15k paid it all back before arrested can the charges be dropped before charged... and what is the Diversion Program?

Hello rocky:
You stole 15K and you wonder if they're going to charge you? I'm sure they will. Diversion is some sort of program where you go under supervison for a time, and your record is expunged. You might get that.
However, if you want the least sanction, hire the best lawyer you can.
