If my regular size chihuaua got my toy pregnant will she be able to have the puppies??

Not knowing the size of both dogs, there is always a possibility that the toy will die. Please speak with your vet about this. He/she will be able to assess the situation and advise you as to what should be done.

Ruby is right. It may take a Cesarean Section to save her. It is very unfortunate you allowed it to happen. Owning a dog carries responsibilities. Failing to spay/neuter or supervise intact dogs to prevent accidental breeding is the same as not getting its shots or failing to seek medical attention when it is sick or injured. Now you are faced with perhaps a large expense to save her. This is just one of a number of problems that comes from failing to spay/neuter unless you make a major commitment to responsible breeding.
