Don't know the most quick way to unfreeze the account, but you would have had to know something was going to happen when you got a civil warrant and if you did not respond to it who ever you owed got a default judgement and went after your account They might also garnish your wages The bank should be able to give you the name of the creditor that froze your account Good Luck!

Well first there is no quick way, you are going to have to go to court.

You should have been served notice of a court hearing, to get a judgement, once they got the judgement, they can attach your bank accounts, and in many areas even garnish your paycheck ( varies from state to state)

But if you were not served properly, you can file a motion in the court that you were not properly served and for the judgement to be dismissed.
But if you were legally served, it is very possible that you can't get this lifted, and they will take all of the money up to what you owe, and your checks outstanding may bounce and you will owe the bank for bad checks and bounce fees.

visit your branch and ask the manager to show the documents through which lien was marked. If it has been done by you, you can lift it by yourself. If it has been done by the bank wrongly, they would lift it on your application. You may also write a complaint to Governor, State Bank of pakistan in this regard.
