Hello.
I am 19 years old, 5'4, and 172 lbs. about a year ago I started taking Seroquel to help me sleep, at it works wonderfully. Right after I take it, though, I get extremely hungry and eat everything in sight until I'm too tired to keep my eyes open. The cravings are incredible. When I first started taking it I was 140 lbs. I want to get back to 135-140, I feel like a hoss. None of my clothes fit, and I'm getting stretch marks. I purchased trimpspa, but a friend in with a nursing degree told me terrible things about it. I really want to drop the pounds before I leave for college in August so I don't have it on my mind when I go away. Should I start the trimspa, along with diet and exercise, or consider something else? Is it possible for me to loose 30 lbs in 3 months? Help!

Eating natural low fat, low sugar, low sodium, low calorie foods with smaller protions will help you a lot better then any diet aids on the market. It takes time and patience to lose weight, if you can lose 2-3 pounds a weeks, this is a good way to lose weight and have less regain. Leaner meats, like chicken, turkey breast, fish, loin type meats, baked or broiled, try avoiding processed foods, choose veggies and fruits, seeds or nuts, in smaller portion sizes, avoid colas or presweetened drinks and drink lots of water, and exercise 3-4 times a week at least 30 minutes, All this together will help you achieve a healthy weight loss it just takes time, patience and determination!
