My account was sent to a collection agency and I made a verbal monthly payment arrangement with a staff in charge of my account in this agency. I have been making the payment as agreed, but I still get harassing calls from other staff of this agency reguesting me to make payment in full in which I cannot afford to make. Legal actions have also been threatened. Attempt to reach the first staff I made arrangement with is fruitless. What rights do I have to stop these harassment

Verbal arrangements are not worth the paper they are written on. They mean nothing. They are playing games. Any deals are to be in writing. Do not give them access to your accounts. Do not send post dated checks. Remember, they do lie. That's why it needs to be in writing..
