There should be a fuel filter in the tank that you can clean. If that fails find the carb adjustments marked "H" And "L" Turn the H out .4 turns.

Make sure after you first start the blower, that you turn the choke off, then place the otther control in the run position. The choke is no longer needed once the machine starts.

Thank you for the tip Newaukumdon. There are only two red plastic screws and they only turn a 1/4 each.

They WILL move! You just have to convince them. Usually the red is a cover over the screw, they act as stops to limit your adjustment but with a carb that may be a little less than perfect you need to be persuasive. Pop it off.

Also check fuel lines, if they are stiff replace them, and make sure cylinder screws are tight, sometimes they viberate loose and cause this symptom. Parts 2 Cycle booth at Bonanzle - Home & Garden, Parts & Access... (http://www.bonanzle.com/twostroke58)
