One of my garage doors will only open if I push and hold down the opener button.
I suspect a relay latching problem. Any ideas.

Generally this is a problem with the alignment of your entry sensors. They keep the door from going down when someone or something is under the door. These sensors are located on the bottom of the door track 4"-6" above the floor. There is one one each track. They should be pointing towards each other and aligned correctly. The first thing to do is make sure they are the same height above the floor. Then 'aim' them towards on another.

If you do not have these sensors then I am not sure what your problem is.
