I've got a question. How do u think what is better for a modern business: to invest and buy new technologies or to improve the one that is already exist. Something new is always related to some risk.

"Something new is always related to some risk". If you want to be the leader in IT sphere you should always know this market is very cheangible and it isn't allocated. That's why I prefere be related to many risks.This experience learns to control them.
