I'm a female 22 yr old and I am set for a trial date on August for theft under $5000
I was emplyed at a retail store and stole over $2000 of items, money, co workers items.
Is there any way not going to court?
If I do go since this is my first criminal offence what am I going to be charged with?
WILL THEY EVER PUT ME TO JAIL?
I have a baby that needs me... will my personal circumstances ever be looked into at trial?

You need a good criminal lawyer. I don't know what's going to happen to you. But, I can tell you this, your punishment goes down as the quality of your lawyer goes up.

This is a tough one I agree with ex-con you need a good criminal lawyer . Yes , they could give you a jail sentence and restitution in a case like this . I can only guess but since you have a clean record I would imagine that you will probably be given probation and restitution .
