Have you installed the SATA Raid drivers? Normally when you begin the Windows install, you press F6 when it prompts you to do so, then you insert the driver diskette for the Raid Controller.

Even if you missed this step, assuming it is a motherboard RAID solution, you can still install it from the motherboard CD.
