I'll do the first one:

x/(x+15) = 7/12
x=(x+15)7/12
12x=7(x+15)
12x=7x+105
5x=105
x=21

This basically says that:
(2x-3)/3=(1-x)/5
10x-15=3-3x
13x=18
x=18/13

Uh, could you explain what u mean by r=4, r=3, p=64? I'm somewhat confused at what you are trying to say.
