My mum is 6 and a half months pregnant and she's getting a sharp pain on her let hand side just under your lungs or somewhere around there! What do you think it is because she is in a lot of pain and I just want to help her?

Sound like the baby is just kicking.. It could be that the baby is resting in the wrong area but if she I concerned she should see her doc.

Definitely sounds like the pain is growing pains, and/or the baby just getting so big they are kicking her in the ribs, as things are starting to get cramped in there. However as brandy681 said, if there is concern and the pain is intense, or worsening, she should definitely consult her doctor.
