I am sorry you have parents who have such little concern for your safety and health. The best thing to drink is soda or water, and enjoy your time going out. And if you ever do drink only drink one, period,

If you are in the US, where it is illegal to drink underage, your parents should be locked up.

Not only is drinking under age illegal but it's opening the door to so many problems. You have your whole life ahead of you and plenty of time to experiment. Slow down, take your time, and listen to those who have gone down this road before you who have made some mistakes. Blaze a trail of your own that doesn't involve drinking. This is a very large world with so many things waiting for you.
