Hi to all you men out there, in answering a question just now, this question came in to my head and I thought it would make a great topic. I would like to know how many of you men have monthly mood swings that coincide with your partner, I think this topic is rarely spoken about but I know several men where this is the case, so please lets here your stories, does this happen to you? Are yours worse than hers lol? Do you recognize it for what it is? Take care, love and peace anne x

Personally, I don't have PMS, but my hubby does in fact have HE-MS. I recognize my symptoms and deal with it. I don't let my family even have a clue what I am feeling.

So how would you recommend that your hubby dealt with his and does he admit to suffering from it? Take care, love and peace anne x

Hubby doesn't deal with it, I do. LOL No he does not admit from suffering it so to speak, but he does admit to suffering from anxiety and takes meds for it.
