Could anyone tell me he best lightening cream for black skin which is safe.As I grow older my face has become darker some parts.I would like to be a shade or two lighter.

If your going to lighten successfully
1. u need to start using sunscreen everyday all year round even during winter to prevent
Darkening from re occurring

2. u can use fair and white aha range but use in moderation once uve attained your desired complexion throw d rest away don't be tempted in getting fairer than your usual color there so much drama in being too light

3. u could use a micro-demebrasion kit like once in a moth to slough off dead skin cells

Hi... for a shade or two... that's simple... you can try kojic acid soaps and creams... or even if it's in the budget go for a spa treatment like a micro dermabrasion, or peel, and try to exfoliate regularly and use good moisturizers and sunscreens...
