I moved into my home last year and still have things in boxes. I want everything to be out and organized. I need help!

I have a 4000 sq ft house with 5 bedrooms, a study, utlity and family room that I need help with. I don't want someone to completely do it, just help me.

How much should something like this cost?

I had a woman today, that could not get a around too well, quote me a price of $100 a day, 6 1/2 hours... 8-2:30. Which comes out to be About $15/hr. She just started doing this too.

What do you think?

Personally I am not sure what you are asking.
If you are implying you just need help to get things out of boxes and get them put where you want them then I would suggest looking at your local church. There are usually many decent young ladies that attend in the 16-20 year range that could really use extra money and would likely be cheaper and more exuberant than the first lady you had come out. I would pay them 8-10 an hour and they would likely be delighted. It is not outside, dirty or uncomfortable.
If you are looking for a solution for closet organizers etc we used California Closets and they have some good ranges of costs and we love it. We have a full wall in our garage and had total wall organizers put in each closet. Our master closet is 22x11 and this just made it work even better. My wife does not have to hunt for things and I do not have to fight to get them out...
Whichever you choose do yourself a favor and figure out where you want your stuff ahead of time. Because even when you are sitting there pleasantly conversing with the person they are on the clock... Most people are content letting someone just talk when they are getting paid... Especially the young ladies because most have not yet learned or been taught to be tactful when dealing with bosses...
Good luck...
