I have a Stainless Steel GE refrigerator less than one year old with a leaky water dispenser. Refrigerator has been replaced a couple of times by GE and leaky door has been replaced 3 or 4 times. I would like to find out how to file a lawsuit against GE since they can NOT fix the problem nor they are going to refund my money…!.

Thank you,
Mort

Try to speak with someone at the store that you bought it at. It might work better than GE. I don't understand why (GE) they can't fix it, and why they won't replace it. Are they giving you a reason for the problem, other than design defect? Anyway the store has considerable pull with GE, and if it is defective they probably already know about these machines.

Mort:

These refrigerators are currently part of two class action lawsuits. You can find more information at this consumer site. (http://www.bringgoodthingstolife.com) Good Luck!
