Hi I'm just found out I'm being sued for some credit card debt about 1700 dollars when I was working I always paid them on time was making 4000 a month now I'm disabled and on sued with a income of 1331 a month and doctor bills and medication are so high that I just don't have the money to pay for them I do have a mor on my house its only 350 a month so you see I'm afraid of losing it because I would not be able to rent something else for the same can anyone help answer thanks

No, they can't take your home. Credit cards are "unsecured" debt. That means they have nothing to secure their loan but your word. They can't all of a sudden get your home as security.
