I am looking for a Late 80s/ Early 90s Live Action Children's Show. I could have been for all ages, but I remember it had American actors, but I watched it on a British children's channel. I took place in what looked like the future. It feature a brother and sister. The boy looked a lot like Joseph Mazzello, the kid from Jurassic Park, but I doubt it was him because IMDB doesn't have a show like the one I am looking for. The bad guys where two men, who were trying to hurt the kids or something. One scene has the two bad guys playing monopoly with real money. Another scene has the boy flying a little space ship around that had a camera attached and he was spying on the two bad guys. A third scene had the main bad guy holding the boy captive and was going to make him do something for him and the boy's sister was begging for his life saying, "he's just a boy."

I know this is vague, but I was 7-8 when I saw the show. Also the show had a pretty dark feel too it. It certainly wasn't a happy show, though it may have had some comedy. I think the title has two words and one of might be Lex or Lexy, but I might be thinking of the sister from Jurassic Park. Since the actors look alike, and the time was about the same, memories have collided. Thank you for your help.
