What's your definition of a foreigner if you live in the United States?

Your question seems to ask for a personal opinion,so here's mine "a foreigner is someone who was born outside of the U.S. and has not yet become a citizen." Just out of curiosity why do you what are opinion?

Illegal aliens are a problem for America. They're making it almost impossible for the working poor to work full-time and receive benefits. Thanks for answering and asking!

Perhaps your definition should be sent to the immigration people in Washington, Patty! I hope the Minuteman Project works.

I lived in Paris, France, for about 6 years.
I acquired a work permit while there.
But, hey, I COULD NOT FIND A JOB because they always hire their OWN first.
Fereners (as I was at that time) had to wait LAST in line.
I did end up taking a position watching children, keeping the house and tutoring in English and that was fine. But we should do the same here in the US.
