Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this...
I suspected recently that my husband was having an affair with a co-worker.
At first he denied it, then eventually admiteed it was true. I was willing to try to save our marriage on the condition he quit his job and get another one, away from her. He did. Things appear to be OK, but naturally, I still have trouble trusting him. The question is... has really stopped seeing and talking to her? Or is he trying to continue the way things were?
Thanks so much to anyone that can help.

The only way to truly know is to hire someone to follow/investigate him. If you cannot afford a professional, then have a close friend follow him with a camera in a car that he does not recognize for a few days each week. It should not be hard to tell when the best time would be for him to be seeing someone else would be. Trust is a very hard thing to rebuild but it can be done.

Trust is the BIG thing that really holds a relationship together. If you don't have trust, you don't have a relationship. You need to ask yourself " Do I love him enough that I can do this?" Trust is something that you will not be able to regain overnight. Of course it will take a while, but if he really loves you like he says he does, then he will do anything in his power to regain that trust from you. And I totally agree with Cremedies. Ask a close friend to help you out a few nights a week and see what really happens. Also, if you can, go onto his files in his computer and see if he chats with this person. There is a way that you can read his chat logs. Believe me, I've done it, found out some things, and now our relationship is a lot better... aside from the attempted murder charge... I'm kidding:)... but if you find anything now, it's better to bring it up now along with everything else, than it is to find out later and get more angry with him, and lose all the trust again.

Best of luck honey:)
