This is the error message that comes up can anyone help me please

What are you syncing with?

Network has been up and down like a yoyo. So am sycning outlook to a .ost file.

I have done this by Right Clicking the folder e.g inbox
Going to the properties then sychronization tab selecting sync every 1 hour off or online

All was working fine for 5 days till 09:30 this morning I have checked where info is stored which is (C:\Documents And Settings\*Logon-name*\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost) and there is suffient disk space.
