I don't know about anyone else here, but I don't go along with bathing cats. I know some people can adapt their cats to water but I think she will clean herself up okay, they are quite good at that. If it worries you, give her a sponge bath.

It really depends on what you need to bathe her for. Is it a medicated bath for a skin problem from the vet? You need to ask your vet. Do you mean a basic she's-really-dirty-and-doesn't-clean-herself-very-well bath? Go with what tickle said, and give a sponge bath. Do you mean a flea bath? DO NOT under any circumstances try to treat a cat with kittens for fleas at home. You absolutely MUST ask your vet for something that will be safe for the kittens. Cats are very sensitive to flea medications, and it would surely harm the kittens.
