Hi I'm not on the title deeds to my home but I live with my partner to whom I have a child with I stay at home and look after our child whilst he works and pays the mortgage. I am listed on the deeds as having occupancy of the property, but what are my rights when he threatens to throw me and my son out.

First of all, I am not an attorney and therefore because the following is based on my life experience and would not be legal advice I would strongly advise your contacting a Real Estate attorney, or possibly a title company in your area. That being said.
It would depend on the laws in the state in which you live, and the exact wording on the deed as it was recorded. For instance in my state even if a "spouse" is not listed on the deed, he or she does have marital interest in the property. If you are not married, then again it would depend on how the deed was actually recorded. You should ask an attorney in your state for clarification.
