I have had a burning sensation in my right hip for quite some time, I have not found a doctor that the give me any help. Can anyone help. THANKS.

I am surprised that you cannot find a doctor to help you with this. What you are describing is a symptom of various issues. You doctor should be ruling out these issues one by one. If he/she cannot come up with a solution, you should have been referred to a neurologist. Unfortunately, a diagnosis cannot be made online. If I were you, I would find another doctor. I am also having the same Burning sensation in my right hip close to my rump. I have had this pain for at least 2 months now after several falls while I was in the Hospital. I am also unsure what is causing it but I do know the pain of the burning is so bad it is hard to put into words. The only relief I have found is laying down on my left side so that there is no weight baring on my right hip. When you finally get some answers please let me know because I am only 31 years old and this pain has me feeling as if I am in my 80's

I also had a burning pain in my right hip.
I went to the chiropractor, and he said if it burns,
then it is most likely a ligament.

He suggested I ice it for 20 minutes and then walk for 20 minutes, 3 x a day.
It Worked!!
