If you are absolutely 100% positive that your partner does not have any STDs, then you cannot get any.

If you are performing oral sex without a condom, again, if you are absolutely 100% positive that your partner does not have any STDs, then you cannot get any.

If you are not 100% absolutely positive about either of the above, you can contract any STD that your partner is harboring.

I know someone who performed oral sex on a partner without the benefit of a condom and contracted the AIDS virus.

P.S. To be 100% positive your partner does not have any STDs, is if your partner has been thoroughly tested for them and can show you a current medical report.

Now if that other person has ever been with someone else, they may not know they have it, And sadly people often lie about being with other people.

But if you have it, you have been with someone that had it.
