The doc said I have gastriris and massive acid, now a month ago I started experiencing PVC'S. Can the above conditions cause this and are PVC;S normal? And how can I cure them?

Yes, this can most definitely cause PVCs, (premature ventricular contraction). No, PVCs are not normal and you need to follow your doctor's advice carefully.

Hey, I went to doc and had ECG. He said to me PVC'S is what I have and that they are normal. That's the third one I've done all docs said it's normal to have them and we all have them but some of us can't feel them or something. Are you by chance a doctor man? I thank you for the reply, still waiting on my colenoscopy and Gastrscopy. Sad thing is I go to doctors all the time yet I get no treatment it's like they don't give a crap. They always say I look fine yes well looking fine and feeling it are two different things.

Lexmark, am not a doctor man, I am a woman and I am a nursing student. Just going through my GI rotation.

Now, I have to ask you... You go to the doctor's all the time. How often to you go?

Yes, looking fine and feeling fine are two different things. However, some other illnesses (that are not physical) can manifest themselves physically. What kinds of doctors have you been going to?

God Bless you for helping me! Like 1 year + I had a massive pain in my stomach from the gas buildup and I had tests done, Scope, Urine, Blood, Ultra Sound, X-Rays, my white blood cells tested normal, what does that mean? At first my gas pressure was at the right abdomen near the top, made constant rumbling when I lay down. Now my whole stomach is always bloated and you can hear the rumble all the time, not little rumbles big rather odd ones at times. I use a hot water bottle on my stomach a lot and when I apply it to my right side it forces my tummy to rumble on that side. I also suffer from massive heart burn, backpain, bad stomach pain as well along with my PVC'S that I have only have for a few months now I think. I'am always passing gas bowel problems burping up acid daily and I'm now taking some asprin to thin my blood as I think it will help my PVC'S and also Nu-Famotine stomach pills <--- ( THEY ARE NOT HELPING MY PAIN). I can't even count the times I have seen doctors probbly like 30 times this year or less. The guy who did my scope said I have a pocket of air stuck in my right side ( WELL DUH!) geez and yet he gave my nexium and ( NO RELEIF)! I take many pills a day like at times Tylonal 4's, 3's, asprins and I can't get relief no matter what I do. Three times I had a ECG and hooked up to a heart moniter and all three times they said it's PVC and nothing to worry about. I'm in so much pain all over can't go to the bathroom that good, thin stools one day normal the next a little flat too all from this gas I think. Thanks for the help it really means a lot, the reason Im on here is because I seem to not get proper help from any doctor here.

PS - you should see the burn marks from my hot water bottle, looks gross but I need pain relief so I do what I got to do.

Okay, I am sorry to say that you are doing a few things that actually CAUSE the pain. Tylenol and Aspirin can actually cause this pain that you are describing. They are eating through the lining of your stomach and intestines andpossible causing ulcers.

Have you been diagnosed with Pancreatitis? Some of the symptoms you describe also sound like GERD (Gastroesophagheal Reflux Disorder.

By taking Aspirin and Tylenol the way you are you are risking Gastritis, if you don't have that already.

What kind of doctor do you see? Have you been to a gastroenterologist? Have you had a barium swallow done?

The PVCs may indeed be normal for you (after a little research I did find that they can be normal for some people), however, taking aspirin to thin your blood won't cure this.

Nexium may not have helped, but there are other meds that can. Remember that Tylenol and aspirin are good every once in a while, but to take them on a daily basis is just setting yourself up for more pain and more complications.

Ok I'm still waiteing for my appointment for Gastroscopy and Colenoscopy 3 months I waited already. I will stop taking any pain pills as of today and continue taking my Famotidine. Is Famotine the same as Pariet dwould you happen to know? So no more Tylonals or Asprins just my Famotidine pills and If I have an ulcer that's used to treat them.
