Hi evryone, I'm new here but I'm glad I came across a site where I can speak with soemone. No one else would listen to me at home. I have problem with anger outbursts and I'm scared of it, my children stress me out a lot and I fee like sometimes I just can't cope. I would get so angry at them and shout and even slap them. I've suferred from depression a few months ago and was on effexor 75ml for 6 months but have stopped taking it now and maybe I'm going trough withdrawal symptoms as I snap easily and just hate being like this. Why couldn't I just control my children without getting so angry and shouting? Do you think it's better for me to go back on antidepressants as they just numb me and then I don't reallly care much what's going on around me which I don't like either but it's better then being full of anger all the time. If I did go back on meds I owuldn't go on effexor again as it's hard coming of it. Maybe some natural tablets could help but I'm not sure which ones are good in Ireland. They don't sell St John Wort here or xanax as I hear it's good with anxiety and can calm you down.

I have been and it was good to talk but I'd kind of forget everything that was said as soon as I left the room. I've never been to a psyhologist or a psyhiatrist and I asked for them but the consilor said no need for that as they would just emdicate me. I was already onm effexor then and now I;m not taking anything except omega fish oil capsules and they help with withdrawal symptoms. Maybe my depression isn't totally gone who knows
