I have black spots on the floor and walls of a fiberglass pool. I have tried to scratch them off with a fingernail but nothing happens. What could they be and how do I remove them?

I'm not sure what they could be except perhaps some kind of mold. But, if I were you, to remove them, I would try some good old Comet cleanser with abrasive pads like you would use to scrub dishes.
