MY AC won't turn on...

We need more information in order to be any help. Is it a heat pump, air conditioner, or what? Does the inside fan motor work? Have you tried resetting the circuit breakers?

If you don't find your answer there, at least you should be able to give us the details we must have to help. We were all once lower on the learning curve.
