If you don't want to diet, you could have the dress altered to fit you perfectly.

If you'd like to loose the weight, it is very possible to drop 2 dress sizes by Sept. Even more than that if you're dedicated to losing the weight.

You'd have to choose a diet plan and an exercises plan that you could live with.

At the least, you'd need to walk every day.

There are a lot of different diets out there these days to choose from.

What kind of foods do you like to eat?

I'm no expert but I say walk a mile or two every day and each week add another mile on. Eat a good healthy breakfast of cereal and skimmed milk, and throughout the day eat fruit and drink lots of water. Have a nice healthy dinner consisting mostly of salad, followed by fresh fruit dessert. Avoid eating after a certain time at night, say 8pm.

This will work depending on how great you want to look in your wedding dress.

Tip: Don't tell anyone what you are doing…. Just do it! And then walk down that isle in September looking absolutely amazing!

Don't beat yourself up if you don't stick to it - just make every day a new day and start over.

You need to eat smaller portions of a variety of natural, low calories, low fat, low sugar, low sodium foods. Load up on fruits, veggies, legumes and whole grain breads, cereals, rice and pastas. Bake or broil your lean cuts of skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish and loin type meats. Use canola or olive oils, spreads instead of butter or margarines. Drink lots of water instead of presweetened drinks, or sodas. Cut out fast foods, fatty foods, fried foods. Learn how to read nutritional labels and stick to the one portion sizes, one serving of meat is 2-3 oz, a serving of milk is one cup, of cheese is 1 1/2 oz. And you need to exercise 3-4 times a week, at least 30 minutes, aerobics, walking, jogging, weight or resistance training, biking or swimming. It takes a lot of work and patience but you can do it. And you'll be a beautiful bride, trust me
